Full Circle Magazine licence?

neví někdo jak je licencován full circle magazine???
dal jsem totiž na jedno fórum ke stažení archiv se všemi dosud vydanými díly a napadá mě, jestli tím neporušuji nějakou licenci. bohužel přímo "v tisku" jsem se moc nedověděl a ani na webu jsem nezjistil o moc víc...

otázka druhá, která mě napadla až teď: jak je to s licencováním děl, u nichž autoři licenci neurčí?
tam ale asi platí autorské právo, které nikdo nesmí porušit a dílo dál kopírovat, co...
