Teda mam v 2 pripadoch odskusane, ze tento postup zabral:

Spusti LiveCD, otvor GParted, klikni hore na Device a vyber "Create partition table" a stlac "Apply".

Teda das vytvorit defaultnu partition table MS-DOS ked GPT nie je podporovane.

Ked to prebehne, tak
disk rozdel podla svojich poziadaviek a instaluj.

A este k tomu ako vidim v tomto vlakne, ze pozivate ext2 - ja vzdy davam ext4 a nemam podobne problemy.

Instalacni flashu vytahuji vzdy pred pokusem o boot.
Momentalne nebootuje.

Co dal - mam vytvorit ty 4 partitions ?

Píše se tam, fdisk nepodporuje. tak fdisk nepoužívej! Říkal jsi že už to šlo, tak až to zase půjde, tak ten boot-script.

Pokiaľ viem, tak program fdisk bežne funguje v Ubuntu aj ďaľších linuxových OS.
Ty hovoríš:

Daj si do poriadku Partition table, tak aby sa dal fdisk použiť.
Nech sa zbaví GPT keď nepotrebuje oblasti >2TB.

Keď vás prestanú baviť tieto "Hrátky" tak si pozrite toto:

Toto jsou tedy veškeré potřebné informace k novému „dělení“ pevných disků a já zde ještě v bodech shrnu to nejdůležitější:

   1. V současnosti používané MBR umožňuje pouze rozdělit disk na oddíly o velikosti 2TiB, náhradou je GPT – pouze Windows Vista a vyšší.
   2. Pokud z nového disku neplánujete bootovat (tj. používat jej pouze jako úložiště), volte GPT.
   3. Pokud na nový disk plánujete nainstalovat operační systém, volte MBR (musíte však disk rozdělit na menší než 2TiB oddíly).
   4. Bootovaní z GPT je možné, nicméně vaše základní deska musí být místo BIOSu vybavena EFI (v současné době ještě hudba – snad nepříliš vzdálené – budoucnosti).

Ok, robte čo viete, ja sa nechcem miešať do toho čo máte rozbehnuté.

Ani netvrdím, že moje riešenie je najlepšie na svete, ale už v pár prípadoch pomohlo vyriešiť problém s bootovaním.

to jsem cetl, ale to je otazka multiboot a MacOS.
A ja delam cistou  instalaci.



Kratka rekapitulace:


- ntb jsem koipl bez OS - bylo tam FreeDOS
- z USB jsem instaloval UBUNTU 12.04 a na druhy pokus se mi instalace povedla {standardni  instalace, dle menu UBUNTU, bez jakychkoliv zasahu a uprav]
- nefunkcni WIFi a tak jsem to "ladil" - az jsem musel preinstalovat
- instalace se nepovedla opakovane
- zkousel jsem dalsi distra - OpenSUSE - nenabootuje
- PCLinuxOS - jednou jsem nabootoval a nelibil se mi tak chtel prejit zpatky na UBUNTU
- zkousel jsem i XUBUNTU - ale vysledek stejny, nelze nabootovat

12.04 LTS nebootuje

Z USB flash disku jsem provedl standardni instalaci UBUNTU 12.04.
Po restaru system nenabootuje.

Zkus zamířit do BIOSu a zkusit EFI (resp. SecureBoot) vypnout nebo změnit jeho nastavení...

V BIOS zadnou polozku EFI nebo SecureBoot nemam - takze to nemohu vyzkouset.

Ale rozhodne diky za radu.

To jarda22: vzhledem k tomu, že ti to už jednou bootovalo, tak bych zkusil smazat všechny oddíly na disku před instalací, pustit instalaci, nechat ho, aby disk rozdělil sám. Pokud bude bootovat, problém s nefunkční WiFi by mělo řešit přehození boot sekvence (první HDD, druhej Linux).
Pokud to nebude chodit, zase bych smazal všechny oddíly na disku a zkusil bych nainstalovat Win7 (ten by ti měl správně vytvořit EFI partition) a zkusil, jestli bude bootovat. Na takto rozdělenej disk bych zkusil nainstalit Ubuntu. Pro zavaděč bych použil EFI partition, zbytek klasicky (SWAP, root - zbytek disku). Já tam třeba mám Mint 13

Tak ať si někde sežene nebo ukradne wokenice. To je takovej problém? Pak je zase smaže. Jde o to, aby mu něco správně rozdělilo disk

Tak jsem dnes vyzkousel leccos - mozne i nemozne a vypada to tak, ze se neubranim pouziti gdisk.
Rozhodne se do toho nehrnu, protoze si nejsem jist, ze tomu rozumim - resp. vim co bych mel presne udelat. Leccos jsem si precetl na netu, ale rozhodne se toho obavam - ale asi opravdu mi nic jineho nezbyde.

Kazdopadne dekuji vsem, kteri mne podporili a pomohli nejakou tou radou. Naucil jsem se neco - co jsem jeste neumel. Doposud kazda instalace bez problemu - tato instalace mne ovsem dostatecne "vyskolila". ;D
Jeste jednou dekuji.
