TabletPC Toshiba M400 (touchpad, tablet, fingerprint atd.)

ahoj linuxaci



mam tento tablet uz 2 mesiace a teraz dozrel cas na Linux, ale mam zatial vela problemov ho rozchodit tak ako by mal.

OS: Ubuntu 7.04

problem 1 (postupne ich budem pridavat

touchpad funguje, ale kym prejdem z jednej strany obrazovky na druhu  tak sa prst nachodi...

v system> predvolby> myš som nastavil najvyssiu citlivost aj akceleraciu, ale vobec s tym nepohlo, neda sa to nastavit niekde inde?

problem 2

kedze je to tabletPC a pouziva wacom driver, ale nefunguje to dobre: prave tlacitko mysi (poklepanie perom na displej) funguje dobre
lave tlacitko mysi (poklepanie a zaroven stlacenie tlacitka) nefunguje - funguje ale robi to nespecifikovatelnu operaciu (nieco ako CTRL+C aj CTRL+V zaroven
guma (na opacnej strane pera) asi funguje (nemam ako zistit)
pripajam vypis z xorg.conf v ktorom bude imho pes zakopany

takze ked mi nikto neporadil tak som to vyriesil sam tablet ide zatial podla mojich predstav. problem bol v tom ze tlacitko na styluse bolo defaultne nastavene ako stlacenie kolieska na mysi takze stacilo v xorg.conf zmenit z

Ahoj,
mimo Tvuj puvodni dotaz, ale ke stejnemu notebooku. Snad se ti me postrehy budou hodit.

1. BIOS
a. Pouzival jsem posledni verzi 3.60, se kterou mi perfektne fungovala grafika (i810 + 915resoloution s mode auto), ale strasne rval vetrak.
b. ted pouzivam 1.80W ve ktere se vetrak ozve jen kdyz opravdu musi (ale notebook je teplejsi) ale nastaveni pro i810 vyzaduje  konfigurovat 915resolution natvrdo (mode 58, 1400x1050)
2. Rozchozeni ctecky prstu jsem popsal v navodech
3. Ve feisty ani Gutsy se mi nepodarilo rozchodit SD karty. V Edgy chodi. Provizornim "resenim", je instalace kernelu 2.6.17-12-generic z Edgy na Feisty/Gutsy. V Gutsy uz ma ale kernel par vlastnosti pro usporu baterie a starsi kernel mrzi...

takisto pouzviam ten 1.8 firmwer, citacka mi sla v 7.04 ale uz neviem ktorom kernely a potom zase nesla po aktualizaci. citacku otlackov som robil podla navodu(asi tvojho:) a nejako mi to blblo ale dajako som to poriesil  Na grafiku ako vravis 915resolution len som este neprisiel ako nastavit aby mi fungoval aj externy displej 1280x1024, mozno som do toho malo šparal este ma hneva akceleromer na parkovanie hlaviciek pri pade alebo otrasoch nieco taketo :

Pridal jsem par dalsich veci do navodu. Na grafiku uz pouzivam ovladač intel, po jedne aktualizaci zacal slapat jako hodinky. Externim displejem myslis rozsireni plochy, nebo klonovany obraz na dva monitory? To mi funguje...

U akcelerometru se obavam, ze mame smulu. Asi ma jine API nez ten od IBM :-( Vsechny pokusy byly negativni.
