GDM - černá obrazovka [vyřešeno]

Zdravím,

mám problém s GDM - když spustím počítač a doběhnou ty příkazy, tak by se mělo nastartovat (to GDM). Přehraje se mi takové to cvaknutí - když se načte - jenže vidím jen černou obrazovku. Mám ten pocit, že se to děje i při přepnutí na konzoli (Ctrl+Alt+F1). Pokud normálně zadám svoje jméno, odentruju, heslo, odentruju, tak mi v pohodě najede GNOME tak, jak má.

Pokud najedu z GRUBu recovery mode, tak se mi přihlásí do konzole root, napíšu startx a vše je v pohodě.

Chtělo by to dát sem obsah /etc/X11/xorg.conf a také informaci, jaké rozlišení používáte v Gnome. Spouštění Xserveru z "recovery mode" je docela bezpečnostní riziko.

díky, už to funguje (sice jsem se trochu lekl, když jsem to nastavil, restartoval Xka, GDM naběhl, ale samotné GNOME už ne :D ; vypl a zapl jsem PC a bylo to už v pohodě).

a ... abych nezačínal nový thread ... :D
strašně pomalu se mi objevuje to okno s vypínáním (menu > vypnout, nebo jak to je) ... a poté, co naběhne, tak tam je jen restartovat + vypnout (a nahoře samozřejmě odhlásit atd.), když to zruším a znova nechám naběhnout, už tam je i hibernovat atd. (ale jede to pořád stejně pomalu) ... nějaké nápady co s tím?
