Problém s aktualizací a balíčky [vyřešeno]

Mám následující problém. Nainstaloval jsem si ubuntu v práci. Máme pro připojení k internetu proxy server. Nastavil jsem si System-Nastavení-Proxy sítě (manuální, včetně autorizace). Ale píše to toto. Ale stejné nastavení mám i ve Firefoxu, běží bez problému.

E: Některé indexové soubory se nepodařilo stáhnout, jsou ignorovány, nebo jsou použity starší verze.

Zrovna dnes rano to mi to taky nechtelo aktualizovat, ale ted uz to jede. Mozna nebyla zavada na vasem stroji. Pokud problem pretrvava, bude potreba hledat jinde.

Zdá se mi že toto by mohl být problém (to je zdroj odkazující na cd). Zkuste tuto část najít v sources.list a smazat pomocí příkazu si otevřete sources.list:
gksudo gedit /etc/apt/sources.list

taky bych doporučil cd v sources.list zakomentovat #, případně ho doplnit o jiná zrcadla, např česká.

ideální je obsah sources.list vložit přimo do topiku, ať se na něj podívá víc lidí...

navíc nevím, jestli se ta proxy nějak neprojeví v nastavení sítě. a když to pročítám, zkontrolujte zadání hesla, linux rozlišuje VELKÁ a malá písmena.

Perfect. It's working. Thankx. I'm not so good in Linux. I work in Linux 2 days...

Ale po prvních zkouškách se mi jeví velice dobře. Jednoduchost. Maximální podpora periférií. I když mám na compu i Windows, budu zkoušet i Ubuntu.

Mám podobný problém. Byl jsem za proxy, fungovalo vše. Teď nejsem za proxy, všude (systém-proxy, synaptic - nastavení, firefox, pošta...)  jsem napsal "přímé připojení = bez proxy", ale aktualizace a stahování balíčků nejdou. Hlásí "selhalo stažení, nelze zjistit  ............ staré_smazané_nastavení_proxy....... Internet, pošta, pidgin pracuje. Ve zdrojích CD nemám.

... ještě jsem zapomněl, že to nastavení s proxy bylo během instalace HH. Kde hledat ?

mám to, konfigurace proxy pro balíčky je zapsaná zdehle:     sudo gedit /etc/apt/apt.conf    a "normálním" nastavením se nezmění.
