Nejde wifi a ani přechod na vyšší verzi ubuntu

Pěkný večer.Už několik dní se zoufale snažím rozběhat wifi na notebooku.Přečetl jsem toho tuny.Sítová karta je:Ethernet controller: Realtek Semiconductor Co., Ltd. RTL8111/8168/8411 PCI Express Gigabit Ethernet Controller (rev 07).Zkoušel jsem i přechod z verze 12.04 na vyšší,ale nic.Ovladače taky nic.Při těchto pokusech to psalo něco chyba s gmail a gmail run.Už fakt nevím.Přes kabel mi net valí a přes modem od t- mobilu taky.Nahoře vpravo po kliknutí na ikonu sítí to píše u bezdrátové-zařízení není připraveno(chybí firmware).To už jsem se taky snažil najít.Prostě nic.Bluetooth taky zmizel.Mám notas HP 255 G1.Ještě rok v záruce.Než ho půjdu reklamovat,zkusil jsem naposled aspon tohle.Moc díky za případnou rad a pomoc.

Dej sem část dmesg s řádkama od wifi a případně s žádostí o ten firmware.
Jinak někde na abclinuxu jsem četl, že mže být problém s wifi u současného připojení ethernetu. Proto taky pak mžeš zkusit vypojit kabel nebo deaktivovat eth.

Ten výpis smaž, a místo toho dej výpis dmesg a obal to tagem #.

Tak napřed pěkně dlouhý výpis a ted už skoro nic.Nebudu dělat frajera,tohle je asi větší problém.Možná se to dá nějak takhle na dálku.Každopádně díky za pomoc.Přeju dobrou noc.

Vypni na laptopu čudlík který deaktivuje wifi+bt pak zase zapni a dej výpis dmesg prostě když nevím jak to vypadá nebudu radit s instalací nějakým ovladačem když nemžu vědět jestli to k něčemu bude.
Jinak http://community.linuxmint.com/tutorial/view/218 ale není to současné ubuntu.
