I could, but you must understand that this is not a thoroughly vetted setup. It involves changing startup scripts for UniFi-Video, changing dependencies within Ubuntu 16.04. We do not recommend running this setup until an official release has been announced and we will not support 16.04 until such a time. Furthermore, an upgrade at a later date could break such a setup.
Now that we've got the disclaimer out of the way.
Install openjdk-8, `apt-get install openjdk-8-jre-headless`
Install UniFi-Video by wget the latest package, then dpkg -i (filename) to install it
Edit line number 45 of /usr/sbin/unifi-video (advise making a backup first) to
V=$($J -version 2>&1 | sed -e 's/^openjdk version "\([^"]*\)".*/\1/;tz;d;:z')
Install dependencies, `apt-get install -f`
After that, you should be able to start UniFi-Video as normal, `service unifi-video start`
