Dobry den,
mam problem s timto monitorem. Ten pri nabehnuti systemu zcerna a napíse tuto chybu: "out of range 74,9KHz/60Hz". Zkousel jsem nainstalovat ovladace fglrx podle zdejsi wiki a nastavit frekvence podle manualu monitoru do sekce monitor v /etc/X11/xorg.conf ,ale nic nepomohlo.
Poradí mi někdo co s tím???

Nastaveni ovladace - Driver "ati" zkuste zmenit na Driver "radeon"

zkousel jsem rozliseni 1280x1024 a 1024x768, nastaveni ovladace jsou ruzne kombinoval s rozlisenim...nicmene nic se nezmenilo a monitor stale vypisu tu samou chybovou hlasku

jeste jsem si vsimnul, ze kdyz zadam v recovery-modu prikaz "glxinfo |grep direct" vypise se dalsi chyba "Error: unable to open display(null)"...tak nevim jestli to ma s tim neco spolecneho.

V xorg.conf máš dvě sekce/dva monitory, zkus i u toho "autoconfigu" nacpat natvrdo ty H/V frekvence, třeba to pomůže =)... nebo připoj monitor na druhý výstup VGA karty (pokud to není tv-out)...

Měl jsem podobný problém s LG194WT po přidání nativního rozlišení monitoru 1440x900 do xorg.conf

Mě pomohlo nahrát zálohu xorg.conf, nabootovat s ní, přidat nativní rozlišení (Ve vašem případě 1280 x 1024), restart, změna rozlišení v nastavení a restart. Možná je moje rada jen čeření vody, ale třeba pomůže.

Tak nakonec se mi to podarilo vyresit kombinaci vasich rad:

1)nahral jsem zpet original souboru xorg.conf
2)nastavil jsem pozadovane frekvence v sekci monitor
3)nastavil jsem pozadovane rozliseni v sekci screen
4)jako ovladac v sekci device jsem nastavil fglrx

vsem vam moc dekuji za vase rady a vas cas
