Caute borci. Monitor mi stale blika na 60Hz a pritom v tom nastavovacom okienku sa da nastavit len 85Hz.
Ja by som naozaj rad tych 85Hz, lebo asi oslepnem.
Viem, ze treba editovat xorg.conf, ale netrufam si sam, lebo ak mi nenaskoci monitor po restarte vobec, s mojimi malymi skusenostami si budem musiet preinstalovat cely system nanovo.
Vedeli by ste mi poradit? Prikladam vypis xorg.conf.

Ve vasem xorg.conf vidim ovladac vesa, coz asi nebude to prave orechove...

Aha, posielam vypis hardwaru s terminalu. Medzitym zistim z papierov, aku grafiku to mam.

sudo apt-get install xserver-xorg-video-viaPote spustte rekonfiguracni proces xserveru:
sudo dpkg-reconfigure xserver-xorgV prvnim kroku nastavte jako ovladac pozadovany via. Dale postupujte podle pruvodce. Vetsinu voleb muzete nechat jak je. U monitoru neni od veci zjistit frekvenccni rozsahy a zadat je presne. ;)
Edit: Pripadne je tam volba Medium kde zvolite nejvyssi mozne rozliseni s frekvenci.

Mam nainstalovanu maticnu dosku Asus P5VD2-VM s integrovanou grafikou. Grafika je VIA technologies.
VGA - Integrated Graphics, up to 256MB shared memory
Support max. resolution to 2048 x 1536 (@75Hz).
Zatial mam len tolko.

Dakujem zatial, nastavil som to a idem restartovat system. Dufam, ze to naskoci spravne.

Ale co kdyz jsem vsechno nainstaloval vse se tari jako byto nainstalovany bylo, ale pritom vic jak 60Hz nedam.
pls poradtemi nebo se mi ty oci zachvili rozleti.

Jo tohle mi pomohlo nejvíc. Zjisti si na kterých frekvencích běží monitor (nemyslím ty co se pokoušíš nastavit,ale ty vertikální a horizontální frekvence ) a napiš je do xorg.conf. Nejsem si jistý kde se to přesně píše, myslím do "section screen" ,ale už se to tady řešilo, protože jsme to nedávno našel když jsem to potřeboval, takže zkus pohledat.
Jen taková připomínka: po zapsání těch frekvencí jsem restartoval a pak když to najelo stejně jsem si nemohl vybrat o moc lepší frekvence,ale monitor zjevně na vyšší frekvenci jel, když jsmese pídil proč to tak je tak jsem zjistil , že prý je to nějaká chyba, na výkon to ale nemá vliv. ;)
