Mám stolní počítač IBM NetVista s Ubuntu 7.10 (pouze). Uspávání do paměti i na disk funguje, ale ne 100% spolehlivě.
Vždy se po probuzení objeví hláška, že je s uspáváním nějaký problém (Problém s uspáním, Your computer failed to suspend...). (100% případů)
Někdy je nutno restartovat například "probuzený" Firefox (cca 10%)
Někdy se po probuzení systém ihned sám opět uspí (kdo by to po ránu nechtěl), a musí se znovu probudit a zadat heslo. (cca 10%)
Někdy se neprobudí a nabootuje se. (cca 5%)
RAM 1GB (originál), swap 2GB, na HDD 30GB volných, jen jeden oddíl Ext3, síť LAN. Díky za tipy.

Zkus nám napsat třeba ještě hlášky, co vypisuje příkaz dmesg po té slavné hibernaci/uspání. Třeba nám to pomůže. ACPI nefunguje na všech počítačích bezchybně, je potřeba mít taky trochu "štěstí" na notebook

Díky, zítra pošlu. Je to stolní počítač a mám ho v práci...
