Název: obraz na televizi

ahoj mam starou radeonku 7000 32mb a vede z ni kabel i do tv (na konci je scart), takze sem ve winxp mohl koukat na filmy  i na televizi.. vlastne vse co jsem delal na PC se dalo pozorovat i na TV, akorat na ubuntu mi to nebezi :-(
kdyz ubuntu bootuje vsechno funguje, ale jakmile se ukaze login screen, tak na TV je jen cerny obraz :-( nevite, prosim co s tim?

abyste me dobre pochopili jde mi vlastne o to mit v linuxu televizi jako monitor. v xpckach to nebyl opravdu problem.  :'( :-\ :(

otvor firefox - nastroje - doplnky - ziskani doplnku - vypis: media player connectivity a nainstal ho. Tam ta to bude navigovat pri nastavovani prehravacov pre rozne formaty. No este pred tym si nainstaluj VLC media player (ak ho nemas) pomocou aplikacie pridat/odstranit - ten by ti na tu telku mal fungovat

to nepomaha. kdyz se ovsem prepnu do konzole ctrl+alt+F1 tak to na TV vidim. ale jakmile jsem xkach tak je na TV jen cerny obraz a nereaguje to na nic.

nebude to asi triviální ale průměrně pokročilý uživatel by to mohl zvládnout :)

jiri-j: dekuji. vse jde az do kroku Configure and Compile the Driver:

cd xf86-video-ati-6.5.8.0
export XORG_PREFIX="/usr"
export XORGCONFIG="--prefix=$XORGPREFIX --sysconfdir=/etc --localstatedir=/var"
./configure $XORG_CONFIG --with-xorg-module-dir=/usr/lib/xorg/modules
make

pise to tohle:


checking pkg-config is at least version 0.9.0... yes
checking for XORG... configure: error: Package requirements (xorg-server xproto fontsproto  xineramaproto randrproto renderproto videoproto xf86miscproto xextproto) were not met:

V tom samém vlákně v příspěvku #22 je odpověď, je třeba doinstalovat některé vývojářské balíky
