Mam problem nelze me nastavit rozliseni 1360x768 na plasmove TV prez DVI grf karta je Nvidia 8600gt (ta je detekovana ok)zkousel sem cist anglicke forum ale jelikoz sem uplnej zacatecnik v linuxu tak sem to moc nechapal nejspis je problem v detekci monitoru tj TV neporadite prosim polopate jak na to ??zadat lcd montor 1360x768 sem zkousel bez vysledku dekuju za kazdou pomoc este dodam ze na osx a i na windows xp je 1360x768 60HZ bez problemu

Musis si nastavit modeline a mode na spravnou hodnotu,tedka tam mas povolenou max. hodnotu 1024x768.
dej do konzole gtf 1360x768 "frekvence" a vypis vloz do Section "Monitor" misto tech ostatnich. A v Section "Screen" zmen mede na 1360x768. A pak restartuj a uvidis. Ale urcite si zazalohuj xorg.con!!!!!! Kdyby se nepovedlo tak se to da obnovit.

NE!!! nesmis vsemu verit. Doplnis li hodnotu modeline ke svemu LCD je jasne, ze plasmova televize tim zustane nedotcena ..
Vhodna metoda jest..
1) zalohovat xorg.conf
2) pripojit televizi a spustit nvidia-settings
3) nastavit obraz na televizi a dat zapsat konfiguraci do xorg.conf (to casto zapise, ale spatne)
4) porovnat novou konfiguraci se zalohou >>
diff zaloha_xorg.conf novy_xorg.conf
5) rucne aplikovat zmeny do zalohovaneho xorg.conf

Ale pokud sem to dobre pochopil tak on ma jedno zobrazovaci zarizeni a to LCD a zkousel to pojmenovat jako LCD.Takze kdyz se zmeni modeline, tak se zmeni zobrazeni a jednom hlavnim zarizeni tj. na plazmove televizi.

V tom pripade ma nettezzaumana pravdu a ja se omlouvam za bludy.
