Mám Geforce 6600 na Interpidu a jedu (snad) nejnovější proprietární ovladače. Celkem spokojenost, 3d akcelerace OK.
Rád bych měl možnost monitoringu teploty v gnome panelu. Projel sem si podle návodu detekci senzorů a našlo mi to většinu zajímavách údajů ( teploty : CPU, M/B, disk, větrák ... ) ale nic o teplotě grafiky. Nainstaloval jsem si nvclock_gtk a ten mi teplotu ukazuje. Lze tento údaj dostat nějak do gnome panelu ??? (applet senzory) Zbytek totiž chladím vodou a veteránku grafiku (zatím) pasivně a celkem bych rád věděl jestli nemám ve skříni udělat trochu víc průvan.
No a další věc se týká taktování. Aktivoval jsem podle návodu coolbits ale v NVIDIA X server settings nic nemám a nvclock_gtk sice zobrazí posuvníky pro taktování grafiky, ale nejde s nimi hýbat.
V NVIDIA X server settings je navíc položka PowerMizer kde je :
- adaptive clocking : enabled
- Prformance Mode : Maximum performance
Takže moc netuším jestli si ta grafika mění takty dynamicky nebo jede na plný výkon pořád. Úplně by mi stačilo zapnout dynamické podtaktování, anžto ji využiju maximálně tak na Compiz.

Díval jsem se na ty linky a všude je to jen o tom přidaní Option "CoolBits" "1" do xorg.conf, což jsem ale udělal a nic se mi neaktivovalo. A v nvclocku nemůžu hýbat posuvníky u přetaktování (jsou oba na 0)
Navíc když jsem zkoušel si v panelu nechat vypsat takty/teplotu podle těch příspěvků v tom druhém odkazu tak mi to nevypíše nic. Což je docela smutné, protože tím bych přez conky vyřešil monitoring teploty. Je možné že to je kartou ? Tahle je od Gigabyte a je to nějaká pasivně chlazená verze s takovým heatpipe monstrchladičem, doufám že ji výrobce patřičně doprznil :-\

Hlavně mě zaráží Attribute 'GPUOverclockingState' (vodni-brouk:0.0): 0.. Znamená to že přetaktování není stále zapnuté nebo že nejde zapnout ? Lze toto změnit nějakým povelem ?
A pak který atribut mi vypíše teplotu ?
