Ahoj,
narazil jsme na nasledujici problem. Vzhledem k tomu, ze mi na notesu po casti klavesnice odesla i dvd  mechanika a nemam usb klicenku, ktera by na Ubuntu stacila, rozhodl jsem se instalovat ze soucasne distribuce(Elive Gem), protoze jsem zkousel JJ a byl jsem spokojen. Poprve jsem tedy postupoval podle https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Installation/FromLinux (https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Installation/FromLinux), jinymi slovy, jde pouze o vytvoreni noveho oddilu misto cd, ktere tam zkopiruji, a  ze ktereho naootuju live distribuci, stejne jako z live cd. Instalace samotna uz probiha stejne. Jde o to, ze po instalaci a restartu je v grubu pouze Ubuntu memtest.

Na odkazovaný návod jsem nekoukal, ale používám běžně http://forum.ubuntu.cz/index.php/topic,19313.msg157928.html#msg157928
