Název: Externí monitor a různý poměr stran

Ahoj,
potřebuju připojit k notebooku externí lcd monitor.

Je to šasi ASmobile S37EP 13.3"
Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator (GMA) X3100
WXGA (1280 x 800)

Ext. monitor je: fujitsu-siemens scaleoview-l20w-1
Rozlišení: 1680x1050; 1280x768 (rozšířeno) //to jsem opsal ze specifikace

Je mi jasný, že 1680x1050 asi nedostanu, ale rád bych tam dostal co možná nejlepší obraz. A nejlépe stejný jako na notebooku. Teď mi buď na nb nebo ext.m. kus obrazu chybí. Tak jako tak obraz na ext.monitoru na výšku neodpovídá "originálu". Na tech 1280x768 se smrskne 1280x800 a zbytek se doplní=na notebookové obrazovce se přidá mimo obraz kus prostoru navíc. Prostě děs běs!

Úplně by stačilo nějak sjednotit rozlišení na těch 1280x768, i kdyby byla obrazovka na nb shora a zdola "černá". A nebo sjednotit rozlišení na 1280x800.
Bohužel nevím jak na to. Zkouším lxrandr, grandr,bohužel tu nemám rozlišení která by k sobě pasovala. Moje xorg.config:

Používám Crunchbanglinux 9.04.
Pokud máte nějaký nápad, budu moc vděčný. V opačném případě asi jiný monitor  ;) :P
