eth1 Link encap:Ethernet HWaddr 00:08:54:d6:1e:61
inet addr:10.105.2.30 Bcast:10.105.2.63 Mask:255.255.255.192

collisions:0 txqueuelen:1000
RX bytes:0 (0.0 b) TX bytes:0 (0.0 b)

Taze to vie o mojej sietovke, akurat to vobec nejde. kde robim chybu? este na zaver doplnim, ze mam AMD Pcnet-homebased network adapter, ze mi karta vobec neblika a ze nic neviem ani pingnut. Dik moc, ze mi venujete svoj cas a poradite mi.
-
Poslete vypis souboru /etc/resolv.conf a prikazu route. Urcite je ta spravna sitova karta eth1? Neni to eth0?
-
/etc/resolv.conf
nameserver 84.16.32.234
route
Kernel IP routing table
Destination Gateway Genmask Flags Metric Ref Use Iface
10.105.2.0 * 255.255.255.192 U 0 0 0 eth1
default 10.105.2.1 0.0.0.0 UG 0 0 0 eth1
DNS je dobry.
-
-
Co je to za sitovou kartu? Presny typ ve WIndows zjistite prikazem ipconfig /all.
-
hodim to sem cele: ipconfig/all /prepis/

stejny problem se stejnou sitovou kartou se resi tady: http://www.abclinuxu.cz/forum/show/98330
vypada to, ze tyhle karty nemaji rady linux :(
-
modprobe pcnet32 pnahome=1
a potom stači reštartnuť sieť. "
-
Takhle v konzoli:
sudo modprobe pcnet32 pnahome=1
sudo /etc/init.d/networking restart
Uspech je podminen tim, ze modul pcnet32 existuje.
Pokud to bude funkcni,
Je potreba provest jeste neco dalsiho.
-
-
Musite bezpodminecne pouzivat tuto sitovou kartu?
-
Naprosta vetsina beznych sitovych karet je v Ubuntu podporovana bez potreby doinstalovavat jakekoliv dalsi ovladace. Ta vase je bohuzel trochu exoticka.
-
exoticka? pre ubuntu asi hej, ale inak neviem. a potrebujem taku, do ktorej ide telefonny kabel a nie lan, taze intel pro 100 mi nepomoze, ale uz browsujem net a hladam :)
-
Telefonni kabel do sitove karty? K cemu je to dobre?
-
No mě to připadá, jako když člověk chce používat telefoní linku do síťové karty, místo do modemu. To by bylo překvápko! ;D
-
ADSL to evidentne neni...
Muj nazor - i kdyz koupite novou sitovku, budete muset udelat nasledujici:
1) ucvaknout rj-11 konektor
-
S tim ucvakavanim kabelu bych nechvatal, jeste nevime vsechno.
Tim myslim nazev a typ.
-
http://www.amd.com/us-en/ConnectivitySolutions/ProductInformation/0,,50_2330_6629_2460~8309,00.html#8311
Q: What is the difference between a phoneline setup and a CAT5 setup?
A: A home phoneline network uses your existing in-home phone wiring to connect your computers. An Ethernet network uses standard Category 5 cable and Ethernet hub to connect your computers.
How does the Auto-detect feature in the driver Properties box work? How do I force operation with a specific PHY or port?
A: The device driver Autodetects the ports available on the adapter in the following sequence:
* External Ethernet PHY
* 10BaseT port (Internal Ethernet Phy)
* J11 port (phone)
If an external Ethernet connection is detected, the driver chooses external Ethernet port for data communication. If a link does not exist on the external Ethernet port, the driver checks if a link exists on the Internal Ethernet Phy. If a link exists, it chooses the Internal Ethernet Phy. If the internal PHY link doesn’t exist, it selects the RJ11 port.
If no links are detected, the driver defaults to the RJ11 port.
The user also has the option to force connection through a port using the Driver Properties dialog box.

1,windows tu kartu povazuje za LAN or High-Speed Internet
6, podla providera (www.micronet.sk) mam FWA pripojenie.
uff, som ani netusil ze moj problem skonci takto..:)
-
-
Ano, to je spravny smer uvah. Premyslime o dratu a zbytecne.
ifconfig, lsmod, lshw, lspci.
dmesg a najit v nem moment zavadeni site.

Poprosil bych jeste o lsmod, dmesg a lspci z ubuntu
Mozna bude problem s tim parametrem u modprobe pcnet32 pnahome=1

Mel by byt zakazany.

Sietovu kartu mam AMD PCnet-Home Based Network Adapter (Generic), ktory ma 1xRJ45 konektor a 2xRJ11. zapojeny kabel mam pochopitelne do konektora RJ11. ak mam ziskat nejake dalsie info od poskytovatela, dajte mi pls vediet ake.

Vidim tam modul mii, takze byste mohl zkusit diagnostiku pres mii. Nainstalujte si mii-tools a spuste mii-diag , pripadne mii-tool. jestli nesviti zelena, karta nema link,(nekomunikuje s druhym kioncem) takze asi nefunguje ovladac. Link je zaklad, pokud nebude, nema cenu zkouset konfiguraci site.
-
nic som neinstaloval, ale v terminali mi obidve funkcie normalne isli zadat, tu su hodnoty:
mii-diag
Using the default interface 'eth0'.
SIOCGMIIPHY on eth0 failed: Operation not supported
mii-tool
SIOCGMIIPHY on 'eth0' failed: Operation not supported
SIOCGMIIPHY on 'eth1' failed: Operation not supported
no MII interfaces foundak si mam nainstalovat mii-tools, mozes mi pls hodit na to link? bo som nasiel mrte mirrorov na vselico ohladom mii a nie je mi zrejme, ze co teda mam instalnut, dik.
-
-
Driver natazeny je a kartu spustil, ale asi si s ni dost dobre nerozumi (link down), jeste bych zkusil stahnout novou verzi driveru a bohuzel kompiloval
-
Jestli ji spustil, tak by mely reagovat mii-tools, ne ? Aspon nahlasit link down.
-
taze si mam stiahnut novu verziu mii tools?
ci driver aky?
-
Kazdopadne jsem trosku googloval a nasel nasledujici prispevek:
I have AMD 79c978 based homepna card and I have used ubuntu since warty preview. Homepna have been tricky. With warty livecd homepna worked well. Warty install cd (preview) recognised this card as homepna. Card has link and act light. When detecting network cards link light went down. pcnet module was loaded in ethernet "mode". when pcnet32 homepna=1 was added to /etc/modules link light didn't go off in hotplug. Hoary was like warty. Hoary live don't recognise homepna card. If before detecting network hardware in live-expert opens shell and modprobe -rv pcnet32 and modprobe pcnet32 network is ok. Breezy is like hoary, but with linux-image-2.6.12-9 we need same modprobing again because pcnet32 is already loaded before /etc/modules.
sudo modprobe -rv pcnet32
sudo modprobe pcnet32 homepna=1Tim odstranite natazeny modul s parametrem a znovu jej zavedete, predpokladam, ze diky parametru karta bude fungovat v homepna modu. Treba to povede k reseni.

koho by to napadlo....
-
Jeste nezapomenout upravit /etc/modules.
-
do souboru /etc/modprobe.d/options pridejte radek
options pcnet32 homepna=1spravne nastaveni se pak provede pri kazdem startu pocitace, nebudete to muset delat rucne
dekuji: merlin, Pavelp i vsem ostatnim
