Concerning a bug fix version of "Image Scan! for Linux" and Corrective Script

Before download iscan-2.19.2 packages or corrective script in the lower part of this page,
see the following for the details of the problem, the scope of it, corrective script and recovery procedure.
Problem Description
We have become aware of a problem with our "Image Scan! for Linux"
packages that leads to a boot failure under certain conditions. The
problem is caused by an incorrect udev rules file that is generated
upon installation of "Image Scan! for Linux", versions 2.16.0 through
2.19.1, and results in an error message similar to the one below:
udevd[505]: GOTO 'libsane_rules_end' has no matching label in:
'/etc/udev/rules.d/70-iscan.rules'
