mam ubuntu 7.10 a neviem prist na sposob ako minimalizovat doom 3 a dostat sa na plochu. ked nieco potrebujem, ostava mi len hru vypnut a potom zase zapinat, co je trochu neprakticke.
takze som zapol google a po dlhsom hladani som nasiel programcek etswitch, ktory to vraj dokaze, lenze ja neviem ako ho pouzit hladal som a hladal ale vela som toho nenasiel, po slovensky/cesky uz vobec nic, tak dufam sa najde dobry clovek, ktory poradi

NAME
       etswitch - A *nix ’minimizer’ for a few games.

SYNOPSIS
       etswitch [ OPTIONS ]

DESCRIPTION
       etswitch is a *nix game/desktop ’minimizer’ for a few games, first game
       supported was "Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory" thus  the  name  etswitch.
       Think of it as adding a "boss key" to your supported games.

OPTIONS
       -v, --version
              Show version info.

       -h, --help
              Show usage.

       -c, --config
              enter interactive mode let you select your boss key

       -m, --mixer MIXER
              mixer to use, defaults to /dev/mixer

       -mc, --mixer-control CONTROL
              mixer control to use, defaults to Vol(0)

       -d, --display DISPLAY
              X server to contact, defaults to enviorment variable DISPLAY

       -nn, --no-nice
              disable renice feature

       -nm, --no-mixer
              disable mixer feature

       -ng, --no-gui
              no gui window

       -f, --force
              force start(this is not recomended)

       -wc, --write-conf
              writes  the default wid file, this file will override the inter‐
              nal ones.

       -nd, --no-delay
              no fancy delays

       -nh, --no-hard
              disable the use of hardcoded keys(Super_L/Super_R+z|s)

       -nw, --no-warning
              disable the XFree86-DGA warning

       -r, --repos
              reposition the game  window,  may  help  if  the  window  doesnt
              restore correct

ENVIORNMENT
       DISPLAY  to  get  the  default  host  and  display  number.  ei ":0.0".
       HOME_ETC override the use of HOME.

DEVICE
       MIXER audio mixer. ei "/dev/mixer"

CONTROL
       CONTROL mixer control. ei linux kernel 2.4.22 "Vol",  "Bass",  "Trebl",
       "Synth",  "Pcm",  "Spkr",  "Line",  "Mic",  "CD", "Mix", "Pcm2", "Rec",
       "IGain", "OGain", "Line1", "Line2",  "Line3",  "Digital1",  "Digital2",
       "Digital3", "PhoneIn", "PhoneOut", "Video", "Radio", "Monitor"

FILES
       /tmp/.etswitch.pid  is  used  as  pid  holder,  keeping  one instance..
       ~/.etswitch/etswitch.rc         configured         switch          key.
       ~/.etswitch/etswitch.wid  supported games, re-read on HUP signal.. will
       override internal ones if exists.

KEYS
       hardcoded keys are ’Super_l’ or ’Super_r’ together with ’z’ for switch.
       disable this with the -nh --no-hard switch.
