Nejde se připojit k WiFi

Zdravím, teď jsem instaloval Kubuntu 9.10 a nejde se mi připojit k wifi. Prostě se to začne připojovat, ale po 20 sekundách přestane a nic se neděje. Nejspíš je to chyba KNetworkManageru, protože to stejné to dělá i v openSUSE 11.2. Neví někdo pls co s tím?

No pokud jsi přesvědčený, že je to problém network manageru, tak si nainstaluj wicd a máš po problému. Jinak bys nám moh poslat aspoň výpis lspci a dmesg.
Na jakou síť se připojuješ? Má nějaké šifrování?

K chybě podle mě dojde při pokusu systému o získání IP adresy z routeru. Mám tam nastavený DHCP, šifrování WPA2 Personal.
