Problém s aktualizacemi

Zdravím Vás,
již delší dobu mám problém s Ubuntu 14.04 LTS a konkrétně s aktualizacemi. V panelu se mi objevuje vykřičník, na který když kliknu píše se:

"The update information is outdated. This may be caused by network problems or by a repository that is no longer available. Please update manulally by selecting "show updates" from the indicator menu, and watching for any failing repositories."

E: Některé indexové soubory se nepodařilo stáhnout. Jsou ignorovány, nebo jsou použity starší verze.

Vůbec netuším kde je chyba? Samozřejmě připojení k internetu je stabilní. Ve většině případů, po instalaci aktualizací z terminálu vykřičník zmizí nebo se i stane že zůstane a zmizí sám za několik hodin/dní. PC mě jen občas informuje, že jsou nějaké aktualizace k dispozici a spíše poznám že jsou nějaké aktualizace když naskočí ten vykřičník a pc aktualizují pomocí terminálu.

Ne že by mi to nějak vadilo, že to musím aktualizovat pomocí terminálu, ale spíše mi vadí že mi PC nedá vědět, že jsou k dispozici aktualizace.
