Nejde internet, Eth0 hlasi chybu

Mam cistu instalaciu Ubuntu HH ale nejde mi siet. Nastavil som si IP, DNS proste vsetko ale napriek tomu mi to nefunguje. V "sietove nastroje" som nastavil zariadenie Ethernet interface (eth0) ale ked to zavriem tak mi to automaticky prehodi naspat na Loopback interface. Ked rozkliknem Configure pri Eth0 tak mi vypise "The interface does not exist. Check thaht it is correctly typed and that it is correctly supported by your system." Prosim o radu.

tak ono to je eth0 a ne Eth0

btw. pokud to spravne chapu, tak se chcete pripojit k pocitaci s internetem prez lokalni sit...takze pokud uz mate vse ostatni nastaveno (DNS, IP, masku podsite...podle vypisu ifconfig to vypada, ze ano), tak by melo stacit "sudo add route default gw <ip pocitace s internetem>"

Tak promin nevedel som ze linux je case sensitive. Uz som to opravil a siet mi ide (išla) ale zase ked mi stiahlo aktualizacie a nainstalovalo novy kernel tak mi uplne zmizlo pripojenie cez kabel. Mam na vyber iba cez modem alebo wireless, ziaden eth0.

mno, tak nevim asi si novy kernel nerozumi s vasi kartou...takze bud pouzivat stary nebo si zkusit zagooglovat
