záloha systému

postupoval som podľa tohto návodu: http://wiki.ubuntu.cz/Záloha_a_obnova_systému a vyhodilo mi to na konci túto hlášku:

tar: /: súbor bol počas čítania zmenený
tar: Za behu programu nastala chyba
root@linu-laptop:~#

dvakrát som to skúsil a dvakrát ten istý výsledok.

a ešte neviem koľko miesta na zálohu potrebujem mám asi 6,2 giga voľného na tom disku tak snáď nebude problém v tom.

Určo jste špatně opsal příkaz, vložte sem celý výpis z té konzole. Nebo alespoň ten použitý příkaz.

Zkontrolujte si taky místo na / ať nedojde místo. Uvědomte si, že v /home můžete mít hodně dat(mp3, filmy atd.), které zaberou hodně místa ve vytvořeném souboru.
Osobně bych přidal ještě --exclude=/home a zazálohoval ho zvlášť.

/home nemám plné ja na dáta používam inú partíciu disku.mal som však postenú operu pri zálohovaní tak to skúsim bez nej

ok.ja som to týmto spôsobom už raz skúsil a snažil som sa nakopírovať všetko postupne na druhú partíciu.na nej bol install taký istý linux ale len holá inštalácia bez úprav.začalo mi to však točiť dookola nejaký adresár a nepohlo sa to ďalej.nepamätám už pri ktorom sa mi to stalo.takže asi nie všetko mám copy a neviem presne čo mám a čo môžem vynechať aby mi nabehol aj ten nový skopírovaný systém.prípadne čo je lepšie copy to na už inštalovaný linux s tým že dám prepísať rovnaké adresáre a súbory alebo copy to na prázdnu preformátovanú partíciu.

ja sa po predchádzajúcich skúsenostiach radšej pýtam dvakrát  ešte jedna vec ma zaujíma.viem si to copy aj na externý disk do nejakého môjho adresára.dá sa to potom snáď normálne prekopírovať späť do pc na určenú partíciu a obnoviť systém však?

Nedělal jsem, ale ano. Samozřejmě to nemůžete dělat z onoho systému, který přepisujete, ale např z LiveCD.

A neslo by ty "zalohovaci prikazy" spoustet pres terminal bez spusteneho grafickeho rozhrani?

Jistě, jenže ty disky musíte mít odpojeny, prostě systém se nesmí používat. Prostě nabootujte z LiveCD a obsah zálohy překopírujte do adresáře, kde je linuxová partišna pův.systému. Bude někde v /media/sdaXX.

Pozor na to, jak máte rozděleny disky, musíte dodržet stejně partišny, jinak to musíte opravit v /etc/fstab.

Info máte už dost, musíte zkoušet...

Teoreticky by to šlo z účtu root, ale to řešit nebudeme.
