nefungují zdroje

zdar, chtěl jsem doinstalovat jazykovou podporu a další balíčky, ale vůbec mi to nejde a u všech zdrojů píše failed

DNS funguje a jinej mirror hlásí úplně to samý

nechápu  , pod vistama se na server http://cz.archive.ubuntu.com normálně dostanu, ale pod Kubuntu ne, neví někdo čím to může být? skoušel snad už všechno, hledám na českejch i anglickejch forech, ale nikde nic, takže když už jsem konečně rozchodil net tak mi je k ničemu protože na půlku stránek se stejně nedostanu a o updatu nebo lokalizaci si můžu nechat zdát  a stahovat všechno ručně pod win se mi fakt nechce, protože to je práce pro vraha

včera večer se to nějak rozběhalo takže jsem něco stáhnul, ale dnes už to zas nejde, ping na cz.archive.ubuntu.com funguje, ale když jsem zkoušel traceroute tak se občas vrací na stejný servery a ve firefoxu se na cz.archive.ubuntu.com nedostanu i když to včera šlo.
pod windows běhá všechno normálně, tak čím to je?
