Unbuntu, problém s PHPMYADMIN

Zdravím tento portál,

Mám menší problém s phpmyadmin. Na svoje Unbuntu jsem stěží nainstaloval apache a phpmyadmin, aby vůbec něco dělal, ale bohužel po dokončení všech trápení, mi to vypisuje tuhle chybu :

phpMyAdmin - Chyba
Vytváření sezení selhalo, prosím zkontrolujte chyby v logu PHP a/nebo webserveru a pečlivě nastavte podporu sezení v PHP.

Tak jsem teda naistaloval uplne novy apache, jenze vzdalenem pripojovani napr. pres navicet nebo jinou stranku (ikdyz uzivatele mam zalozeneho a nastavene pro vsechny PC) po pripojeni mi to pise tuto chybu : 2003 - Cant connect to Mysql server on 85.193.51.51 (10060)

Jak mam prosim nastavit, abych se na to vzdalene pripojil? http://85.193.51.51/phpmyadmin/ jiz funguje, jen mam tento problem
