LCD monitor cez DVI a problém s rozlíšením

Mám notebook Acer Extensa 5620G a k nemu LCD monitor Benq G2222HDL.
Mám s ním taký problém, že ak zapnem notebook s monitorom pripojeným cez DVI, tak sa mi zapne s rozlíšením 1024x768 a maximálne rozlíšenie, ktoré môžem pre neho nastaviť je 1440xneviempresnekoľko. Keď ho pripojím cez VGA kábel tak ide všetko v pohode. Dokonca keď ho následne prehodím na DVI, tak mám stále fullHD rozlíšenie aj po uspatí a prebudení, nie však po reštartovaní počítača.

Tu je môj xorg.conf. Ten tretí vstup som tam pridával ja, podľa vzoru toho druhého, ale nefunguje to.

Tu je môj xorg.conf. Ten tretí vstup som tam pridával ja, podľa vzoru toho druhého, ale nefunguje to.

Ked si ho tam pridaval po vzore druheho, tak si skusal ho pridat aj do Device? Nejak ho tam nevidim:

Momentálne to ale neviem odskúšať lebo tu nemám so sebou monitor. Uvidíme v stredu/štvrtok.

Takže pod ubuntu nemôžem používať dvi výstup ?

Můžeš ho pod "ubuntu" používat. Však ti funguje, ne? Zkoušel jsi ten lcd nastavovat i přes CCC, nebo jenom ručně přes xorg.conf?

Samozrejme že som skúšal, ale nebola tam možnosť nastaviť rozlíšenie 1920x1080, iba tých 1440xXXX

To je zvláštní, ale mělo by to jít o bez xorg.conf..Zkus ho smazat

Zmazal som a dalo sa nastaviť už iba do 1280x800.

Nikto nevie riešenie ?
