Takže ve zdrojích bych zkusil zadat pro toto repo natty namísto oneiric nebo vyčkat.

Nevím jak v grafickém rozhraní, někde v nastavení by mělo být "zdroje software"
v terminálu jednoduše

sudo nano /etc/apt/sources.list.d/csoler-users-retroshare-oneiric.lista přepsat oneiric na natty
pak aktualizovat a zkusit nainstalovat

Snad to bude fungovat. Řešení problému s ikonou v trayi v Unity máte popsáno přímo u zdroje http://retroshare.sourceforge.net/downloads.html
