Nvidia 8600(notebook) + externi monitor

[notebook]

Dobrý den, na ubuntu 11.10 mi funguje téměř vše co potřebuji,až na externí monitor či televizi,které připojuji přes starý konektor CRT...Notebook pracuje rozlišením 1280x800 a externí monitor 1280x1024 chtěl bych,aby každý monitor pracoval separátně..

Test Grafiky (občas mívám problém že ubuntu nastartuje až na po 3tí) při startu se sekne na hlášce checking battery state

Jistě, na to abys mohl uložit nastavení do /etc/X11/xorg.conf to musíš spustit pomocí Alt+F2, nebo terminálu a napsat gksudo nvidia-settings.

Tak příkaz zabral a monitor externí šlape jak hodinky, nainstaloval jsem i starší ovladače na grafiku http://www.geforce.com/Drivers/Results/38742
zvýšilo mi to výkon

poslední otázečka jak mám zapnout v ubuntu aero a měl to graficky vykreslené jako předtím nějak jsem ho omylem vypnul.např se mi objevil ten černý pruh dole jak cairo-dock http://2i.cz/3d99c1eb38 anebo dash a ten boční panel též je začerněný..
