instalace cdma modemu APE-540H

Ahoj,
mam modem APE-540h od O2, moc se mu nechce spolupracovat. zkusil jsem dle: http://www.abclinuxu.cz/hardware/pripojeni-na-sit/cdma-umts/ape-540h ale to nejde.vrátil jsem tedy změn a zkouším jinak

nechapu tu "Kobil control message" nicméně modem vytahuji a  vracím.

vytvořily se 3 USB, dál už je to známá pohádka o konfiguraci PPP

ALE:
když jsem se díval do /lib/udev/rules.d/40-usb_modeswitch.rules tak tam jsem ten modem už viděl se správným ID tak proč ho to nepoznalo (nepřepnulo) rovnou ? no a jak to teď zaonačit abych to nemusel dělat pořád růčo ?
