Ahoj, pokud se toto vlakno tady nachazi tak se omlouvam, ale nedohledal jsem ho.

Mam Ubuntu 12.04 LTS a mam problem s aktualizaci thunderbird-gnome-support. Ubuntu mi pise tutu chybu a nemohu nic instalovat. Zkousel jsem to odinstalovat, apt-get install -f a nic. Vypisuje to tuto chybu:

DIK MOC ZA JAKOUKOLIV POMOC!

Uvedený balík  thunderbird-gnome-support nie je nejak nutný pre správne fungovanie Thunderbirdu avšak môžu sa objaviť problémy so správnym fungovaním ikonky obálky v paneli po jeho otvorení. Táto ikonka sa dá ale nahradiť inou, podľa mňa oveľa lepšou "Fire tray", ktorú je možné nainštalovať cez doplnky  (Rozšírenia) Thinderbirdu.

Zkousel jsem to odinstalovat

tak skúste ešte raz cez terminál:

sudo apt-get upgradeAk sa vyskytnú chybové hlášky, tak ich postnúť sem a výpis dať do "code" (text z terminálu skopírovať sem a klik na #)

ak prebehne reinštalácia bez problémov, tak buď balík ponechať alebo odstrániť:

Ak zas vyskočia nejaké chybové hlášky, tak prezrieť obsah súboru v koreňovom adresáre  var/lib/dpkg/info/thunderbird-gnome-support
Žiaľ neviem tento súbor odkontrolovať, nakoľko Kubuntu, ktoré mám, tento balík nepoužíva.

Tie príkazy si vyskúšal?? Objavili sa znovu chybové hlášky? Ak bol výsledok rovnaký, tak by som navrhol Thunderbird úplne odstrániť. Jeho nastavenie si môžeš vyzálohovať - nájdeš ho v skrytých súboroch v Domovskom priečinku: .thunderbird (s bodkou pred názvom)

Ak odstránenie Thunderbirdu prebehne bez problémov, tak ešte:

Prípadne postni sem celé výpisy. Daj ich ale do "code" aby sa to lepšie čítalo (príloha)

Ak by postup vyššie nejak zlyhal, tak zatiaľ postni sem iba ich obsah, nech vidím, čo je v nich.

Ja thunderbird vubec nepouzival tak bych to klidne kompletne odstranil. Potreboval bych ale pomoct jak na to.. furt to haze chyby..

Ako bol vlastne ten Thunderbird inštalovaný?? Prečo hľadá nemeckú jazykovú lokalizáciu? Už mi nejak dochádzajú nápady.
Obyčajne ku chybe "E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)" dochádza pri manuálnej inštalácii balíčkov alebo úprave konfogurákov.

Evidentne problém s balíkom thunderbird-gnome-support a možno aj so samotným Thunderbirdom. Obyčajne sa tieto problémy vyriešia úplným odstránením chybného balíka a samozrejme neustálym vykonávaním príkazov, ktoré navrhne terminál.

Niekedy sa to však nepodarí a ďalšími možnými riešeniami je vygenerovať nový sources.list, prípadne preinštalovať systém.

Som rád, že sa to v tomto prípade podarilo vyriešiť.
