chyba ve window decoratoru

Používám Ubuntu 7.04 FF a nainstaloval jsem si Beryl a s ním i Emerald Theme Manager. Při změně okenního manažera na Beryl nebo na Compiz, tak všechny mnou nastavené 3D efekty fungují, ale zmizí mi záhlaví u jakkéhokoliv okna tzn. nejde přesunou, zavřít atd. Ani když přepnu window decoratora z Emeraldu na GTK. Zkoušel jsem veškeré balíčky kompletně přeinstalovat, ale ani to nepomohlo. Věděl by si někdo rady nebo je potřeba víc infa?

S berylem byly velké potíže, taky jsem ho odinstaloval a přešel na Compiz a běží dobře. Píšetem že máte i Compiz, možná se to hádá mezi sebou.
Přeinstalace nepomůže. Zkuste se mrknout na wiki, viz moje patička Compiz Fuzion.



Možná bude lepší vydržet a pak si nainstalova GG, kde je už jenom Compiz Fuzion.

Tak jsem odebral Beryl a podle návodu nainstaloval Compiz-Fusion, který vypadá velmi dobře a je funkční až na jednu věc - nevidím rámy oken . Zkoušel jsem ALT+F2 a napsat "compiz --replace &" ale to nepomohlo.

Nefunguje je docela širokej pojem. Spusť compiz --replace v konzoli a hoď sem ten výpis, určitě najdeme kde je zakopanej pes.

Na ubuntuforu se tohle řešilo, prý by mělo stačit vytvořit nový profil, ale moc moudrej z toho nejsem..

 balíček nainštaluj, Potom Daj Alt + F2 a napíš: fusion-icon a tam sa da vybrat Window Decorator ten nastav na Emerald a malo by to ist. V compizconfig manažeri mam zapnute Window decorator, asi aj to ma nejaku vahu. Tak to skus! A napíš ako to dopadlo....

Ahoj, tak jsem vyzkousel tvuj postup. Buhuzel zadrhel bude nejspise v tom, ze nemam nainstalovany Esmerald (tzn. proto nefunguje prikaz esmerald --replace   a taky proto nejde vybrat pomoci fusion-icon  dekorace oken esmerald)  Zkousel jsem ho hledat v synaptiku, ale tam bohuzel neni. Budu muset pohledet nekde na netu, ale snad to pujde
