Zdravim Vas...

Tak jsem s s dorbnymi problemy upgradnul na GG 7.10.
Pri pokusu rozchodit 3D kartu (GeForce FX 5200) to selhalo. Sice to nainstalovalo nesvobodne ovladace, ale po restartu tma a ani pip. Dokonce me vytaci, ze ani na jedne consoli nebyla console. Nikde zadne hlasky. Co se stalo stim, ze pri bootovani jsem si prekliknul na konsoli1 kde  byl vypis co se deje. To by me zase tak moc netrapilo, ale ta 3D grafika me trapi!!!

Nevite nekdo cim to a jak na to? DIKY predem.

Text konzola: skus vymazat v /boot/grub/menu.lst v polozkach kernelu parametre quiet a splash. Alebo minimalne vga=XXX ak ho tam mas.

mam tam vsechny. VGA zkusim odstranit jen co budu zase doma u PC, ale prijde mi to divny, jelikoz to drive fungovalo i s tim VGA. No ale nadruhou stranu bych rad mel consili ve vetsim rozliseni... no uvidim az zkusim.
Tohle me az moc netrapi. Trapi me ta 3D akcelerace.

Ted jsem to zkusil bez splash a vga a vypis tam byl;) Aspon neco, ale predci radeji bych docili toho aby console byla v nejakem vetsim rozliseni. Tak jako  tak toto je prkotina.

PS: jdu zkusit ten navod na consoli v grafice jak poslal henrichg

Nejde to... jen 3x problikla konsole1 s prihlasovacim radkem a nic vic. Fakt uz nevim. Takovy expert zase nejsem. Poradte kam se podivat, co zkusit a tak... nebo co sem mam doplnit.

Prikladam xorg.conf se kterym mi to proste nejde. (generoval jej system) Nemuze byt treba chybne sbernice? (mam to v AGP)

Ten xorg.conf je daky divny.
Skus sudo dpkg-reconfigure -phigh xserver-xorg. Vygeneruje to novy xorg.conf.

Tak jsem to pregeneroval. Beha to s ovladaci nv bez akcelerace:( Nesvobodny ovladac at pres menu nebo rucne instalovany proste nejde. Nemuze to byt tim, ze mam nainstalovany 64bit Ubuntu? Nebo ze jsem delal upgrade z minule verze?

Dokonce jsem zkousel odebrat vsechny veci tykajici se nvidia a znovu je nainstalovat. (mozna jsem zapomel na nejaky konfigurak nekde, fakt nevim. Tak zkuseny zase nejdem.)

Tak jsem zkusil Envy, ale po rebootu tma. Lepe receno nenaskocila grafika. Jsem furt na tom samem miste:(

To jako nikdo nemam podobny problem? Tak to reknete, ze na AMD64 + GeForce FX 5200 vam to jde a nevite proc me ne. A nebo ze vam to taky nejde. At aspon vim ze je to normalni nebo ze mam vyjimecny problem!!!

Zda ma treba cenu to cele preinstalovat nebo aspon neco!!!

Mám tu samou kartu a ten samej procák. Jedu na 32bitech. Tento problém jsem měl i na 6.06, 6.10, 7.04, 7.10.
Má to tendenci detekovat vedle FX 5200 i ATI řadu nepamatuju.
Nainstalujte nesvobodný ovladač, hlášek v konzoli si nevšímejte, restartujte.
Pokavad vám skončí start systému v konzoli hláškou nejde nastartovat do grafiky a jste v konzoli zadejte příkaz:
sudo dpkg-reconfigure xserver-xorg. Postupujte podle pokynů. Je důležité nastavit kartu na NVIDIA ne na NV.
Když vše nastavíte tak restartujte, mně to funguje. Dávám to sem v dobré vůli pomoct nemusí vyjít mám 32bit distribuci.
Dodávám mne se to nepovedlo na poprvé ale tento postup úspěšně používám delší dobu.
