s internetom na Linuxe mam vseobecny problem. Skusal som mnoho distribucii - Ubuntu, Debian, CentOS, Fedora .... a na vsetkych mi stranky nacitavalo velmi pomaly, akoby mu trvalo aj 10 sekund kym by zacalo tahat stranku zo servera. Hned mi vsade poradili aby som si vypol ipv6. Avsak, na Fedore 8 som uz pri instalacii zadaval zeby ipv6 bolo disable, centOS tiez. Pri Ubuntu mi to robilo stale tiez a Debian napodobne. Aj ked som mal vsetko nastavene podla navodov, necelo to ist.
Co ma prekvapilo je, ze ked som si nainstaloval Ubuntu 7.10 Gutsy Gibon, tak mi net slapal krasne hned od zaciatku.
V com by mohol byt problem: Byvam v Presove a mal som povodne Wifi siet, condornet, a teraz to prerobili na optiku, ale stale problem pretrvava, jedina edicia lin je U7.10, kde mi to ide normalne ... kde moze byt rozdiel alebo v com medzi tymito distrami Linuxu a jeho sietovymi, internetovymi nastaveniami ? :P ... please, pomozte

Těžko říct, chtělo by to víc informací - třeba by bylo něco ve výpisech z dmesg... Pak bych zkoušel DNS - třeba přes nslookup, stáhnul bych něco třeba přes wget, aby se vyloučila chyba prohlížeče.... S nejvyšší pravděpodobností to bude asi nějaké špatné nastavení na síti... Máte v PC ethernetovou kartu nebo rovnou wifi? Nebo hold používejte Ubuntu 7.10 - myslím,. že to není špatná volba (pak se mi ještě líbí OpenSUSE, tak ho můžete taky zkusit, třeba bude chodit)

nuz, dmesg mi vypisalo toto. Az tak sa v tychto riadkoch nevyznam, takze neviem posudit, kde alebo ci tam je chyba. A pouzivam ethernetovu kartu eth0 ju mam oznacenu. A s tymi prehliadacmi som to skusal s viacerymi  ::)
Co sa tyka samotneho distra, momentalne mam CentOS 5.1 Ubuntu mi slape pomalsie, jedno ake, a toto mi zatial najviac vyhovuje, len ten internet nechapem :-\

Zkousel jste pingovat ruzne servery pripadne vas router, modem, DNS? Mohlo by to ledacos napovedet.

No mne pomaly nacitava len Konqueror a tiez neviem cim to je, ale pouzivam Firefox.

no, ako som to vyriesil. Na moje pocudovanie. pingol som svoje DNS, pri prvom nic vynimocne, a pri druhom bezalo secko normalne... len tak na skusku, som ten stopny dns surovo z nastaveni vymazal a vsetko ide krasne :) .. sice ani plne nechapem preco, ale som tomu poteseny. Vdaka Vam za pomoc, nikdy by ma asi nenapadlo pingnut dns. Zrejme bola chyba tam
