Power saving ATI x1950pro a Kubuntu 7.10

Dobry den,
mam Kubuntu 7.10, grafickou kartu ati x1950pro, ovladace nainstalovane kratce, problem nastane kdyz PC prejde do usporneho rezimu, kdy se vypne monitor. Pote pohnu mysi a nic, kliknu na klavesnici a nic. Musim vzdy restartovat. Kdyz power saving vypnu, tak zase nenaskci sporic... co s tim ? dekuji za rady

Zkuste až hýbnete s myší dát restart X (ctrl+alt+backspace) jestli to naskočí. Bývá to často způsobeno špatně rozchozenou kartou. Prostě se probudí systém, ale už nenahodí grafiku...

Funguje ten restart X? Jak to opravit, v tom vám musí poradit někdo kdo má zkušenosti s ATI.

to fakt nikdo nevi ?

ATI nemají na Linuxu zrovna nejpodporovanější karty... ono ani na wirdose to není slavné. Problém je určitě v grafice, ale víc ti bohužel neporadím :-(. Zkus googlit a když nic nevygooglíš tak ubuntuforums.org.
