necita menu.lst z grubu

mam este jeden mensi problem...
mam nainstalovane ubuntu 7.10 a na jednu particiu som obnovil predtym zruseny instalaciu visty z obrazu disku... teda sa nenastavovalo nic v MBR...

Rucne som si do menu.lst dopisal odkaz na tu instalaciu visty, ale pri starte sa menu.lst ani nezobrazi, takze nemam moznost vybrat si...

treba este niekde nastavit aby sa menu.lst zobrazovalo, alebo  som zabudol na nieco ine?

len som doplnil na koniec kde sa vista nachadza z predoslej zalohy... menu.lst je podla mna v pohode... nieje v pohode nieco ine, ze ho proste necita...

jak "nezobrazuje se menu"?
máš zaplý parametr "hiddenmenu", což znamená, že by se se měl ukázat odpočet a výzva k zmáčknutí [Esc] pro zobrazení menu
pro vypnutí parametru hiddenmenu ten řádek zakomentuj (přidej na začátek řádku křížek)
