Bluetooth [vyřešeno]

Zdravim, na svoj notebook toshiba satellite A-100 som si nahodil novu instalaciu ubuntu 9.10, ale nechce mi najst bluetooth adaptér. Viete niekto poradit ako to rozbehat? v predchadzajucich verziach - 32 bit mi bluetooth fungovalo

hoj ja mam toshiba pro U200-125 a mam 64 bit ubuntu 9.10 a bluetooth mi funguje bez problemov..
mam len otazocku na teba, lebo neviem aky zbehly si s pocitacmi.
Len pre istotu aby bolo jasne.. napisal si ze ti nechce najst bluetooth adapter>to si zistil podla nejakeho vypisu alebo tak?
je to interny alebo ho mas cez usb? a v pripade ze sa do pc velmi nevyznas... bluetooth funguje len ked mas zapnutu wifi.. vacsinou na toshibach byva
manualny spinac..cize wifi on/off...

takze v pripade ze mas manualne vypnute wifi, zapni ho, pockaj povedzme 5-10 sekund, v tray ikonach by si mal mat ikonku bluetooth...tu taku lastovicku...
a nasledne ked na nu kliknes tak by sa ti mala zobrazit moznost bluetooth on/off... ja musim najprv bluetooth takto vypnut cize bl off a nasledne bl on a uz mi funguje... alebo pokial tam ta ikonka bl nebude ani ked zapnes wifi tak system>preferences>bluetooth..tam si uz budesvediet poradit

v pripade ze mas vypnutu wifi tak sa ti ani vo vypise "lsusb" bluetooth ani nezobrazi, cize v tom pripade to vyzera tak akoby ti nevedelo najst bluetooth ale v skutocnosti ho system nemoze vidiet lebo je neaktivny

bluetooth mam integrovany. hej zapina a vypina sa spolu s wifinou, prepinac bol zapnuty. ked si dam system-predvolby- bluetooth tak mi vypise ze your computer does not have any bluetooth adapters plugged in

Tento problem mam aj ja. Mam notebook Toshiba Ubuntu 9.10 a Linux ako taky OS pouzivam 3 dni takze som zaciatocnik. WIFI mi funguje v pohode na tej som uz bol pripojeny v liste som ju zapol nasiel siet a pripojil sa a vsetko fungovalo. No ked som isiel cez system-preferences-bluetooth a klikol na to tak mi napisalo ze nemoze najst ziadne zariadenie. Ak mate niekto nejake riesenie ako rozbehat bluetooth budem vdacny.

Našiel som jeden návod, ktorý mne fungoval:

The bluetooth module on Toshiba Satellite A300 laptop is not available by default via lspci and lsusb tools. This is because we need to make an acpi call to enable it. Follow these steps to get it working on Debian/Ubuntu linux:
1. Add these repositories to your /etc/apt/sources.list:

deb http://packages.kirya.net/debian/ sid main contrib non-free
deb-src http://packages.kirya.net/debian/ sid main contrib non-free

When run

# apt-get update

to synchronize package list.
2. Install package omnibook-source:

# apt-get install omnibook-source

3. Build and setup the omnibook module:

# m-a a-i omnibook-source

4. Create new file called omnibook in /etc/modprobe.d/ folder and put the following content there:

options omnibook ectype=14

5. For autoload this module you can add the line in your /etc/modules:

omnibook

6. Now you can load it manually via command:

# modprobe omnibook ectype=14

The bluetooth icon should be appear in the system tray. Warning:
I have been using this module on KDE 4.1 without any problems, but after upgrade to KDE 4.2 (or may be some other libs by dependencies), my laptop stopped working through AC power. This post describes this issue.

Nedávam priamy link, lebo som si text uložil, aby som ho mal hned poruke ak by som ho v budúcnosti potreboval, a nechce sa mi znova hladať stránku na ktorej to bolo. Daj potom vedieť či to funguje.

To co popisujes funguje ale precitaj si to varovanie na konci. Neveim cim to je ale nebude ti frcat notas na adapter. Mne pomohlo bud toto:

You need the omnibook module.


1) visit this site, and add the Debian sid repository
http://packages.kirya.net/
it is not necessary to add the source repository.

1a) refresh synaptic, and add the package
omnibook-source

2) use module-assistant to build the kernel module (but first, exit synaptic)
sudo m-a a-i omnibook-source
(you have to work out how to get module-assistant working yourself. It is a package; you can find it in Synaptic. Make sure you install all recommended dependencies. Try installing build-essential as well)

3) we need to make sure the module loads at startup
so edit the file /etc/modules
sudo vi /etc/modules
and add the line
omnibook
at the end

4) and we need to get it working so make a file called omnibook in /etc/modprobe.d
and in this file put one line



options omnibook ectype=14 userset=0 lcd=0 display=0 blank=0 battery=0 ac=0


Changes Feb 2009  omnibook module of version svn20090227-1

*** note *** a new version of the omnibook module was released at the end of Feb 2009 (for Debian users)

and now it is necessary to add bluetooth=1

so step 4 above becomes:



options omnibook ectype=14 userset=0 lcd=0 display=0 blank=0 battery=0 ac=0 bluetooth=1



5) you don't need to reboot. You can do this
sudo modprobe omnibook ectype=14



by doing this, the bluetooth icon appears. And not only that, it works :-)



thanks to the magic of scheduleworld I am in synchronisation heaven: my bluetooth phone, evolution and outlook address book (necessary evil, virtual XP machine used for a work situation) are all synchronised.
