Bootuju z /dev/sdb1 pomocí GRUB. Protože už to v disku malinko lupe, chtěl bych bootovat z disku /dev/sda1 (raději GRUB než GRUB2).

Pomocí dd jsem si zkopíroval MBR z sdb1. Předpokládám, že nebude stačit ho zapsat na sda1? Jak mám nahradit GRUB2 v /boot (Ubuntu 10.04 LTS Lucid Lynx) GRUBem?

Pro všechny případy ještě výpis z Boot Info Script.

============================= Boot Info Summary: ==============================

 => Grub 2 is installed in the MBR of /dev/sda and looks on the same drive in
    partition #1 for /boot/grub.
 => Grub 0.97 is installed in the MBR of /dev/sdb and looks on the same drive
    in partition #2 for /boot/grub/stage2 and /boot/grub/menu.lst.
 => No boot loader is installed in the MBR of /dev/sdc

Nebolo by jednoduchsie jednoducho spustit linux a nainstalovat grub1 priamo na ten druhy disk? Potom iba zmenit bootovanie v biose.

P.s ten druhy disk ma nastaveny priznak(flags) boot?

Aha. Cvak. Přenastavit bootování v Bios mě nenapadlo. Takže, už bootuju z /dev/sda. Přehodím flag na boot, nainstaluju GRUB1 a mělo by být hotovo.

Děkuju.
