Offline aktualizace systému přes online PC s Windows XP

Zdravím všechny,
potýkám se s problémem, při aktualizaci programů na mém PC, který není připojený k internetu. Na internet se můžu dostat u známých, kteří mají pouze Windows XP. Do Ubuntu verze 10.10 jsem aktualizace řešil přes výborný program Keryx 0.92 (http://keryxproject.org/), ale na nyní používané verzi Ubuntu 11.04 se mi tento program rozjet nepodařilo. Proto jsem musel hledat jiné řešení. Na adrese http://www.abclinuxu.cz/poradna/linux/show/179562 jsem narizil na návod:
1. sudo apt-get update --print-uris > linky
# parametr --print-uris vypíše URL souborů a soubory, které chce stahovat a následně dojde k přesměrování výstupu do souboru linky

# Tento soubor přeneseme na počítač, který má přístup na internet a tam ho v nějakém rozumném adresáři spustíme:

# v tomto kroku by se měli natahat všechny potřebné soubory
# jelikož jak už jsem řekl, online PC, který mám k dispozici disponuje pouze Windows XP, nainstaloval jsem si na něj program Cygwin (http://www.root.cz/clanky/cygwin-unix-ve-windows/), který mi umožní pod Windows spouštět skripty psané pro Bash.

Může mi někdo poradit, jak vytvořit skript pro stahování tak, aby se mi nestáhli komprimované soubory, ale již přímo rozbalené soubory? A nebo jakým příkazem mám tyto soubory rozbalit, aby se mi zachovaly původní názvy souborů a Synaptic mi tyto soubory přečetl? A nebo jakým příkazem můžu hromadně soubory přejmenovat (odstranit příponu .out?

Když se přes tento problém přenesu, myslím si že už nebude težké do adresáře  /var/lib/apt/lists soubory s aktuálním seznamem programů nakopírovat a poté spustit Synaptic, který by měl odtud aktuální seznam přečíst a kliknutím na aktualizovat vše označit všechen software k aktualizaci a poté si vygeberovat skript pro stažení a tento skript spustit na online PC, kterými všechny potřebné balíčky stáhne a já je poté na offline PC můžu do Synapticu přetáhnout a nainstalovat.
