Jedna se o Ubuntu 10.04.3 LTS, s backportnutym kernelem 2.6.38-13-generic, kterym jsem resil nefungujici zvuk. Asi by bylo dobre doplnit, ze nemuzu prejit na nove ubuntu, protoze potrebuju zustat na LTS.

to si si pridával sám ručne do grubu, alebo je to už v backportnutom kerneli? Skús pridať ešte do grubu "acpi=force"

Mno, tak jo, pokud spustim cmd z menu, tak to pise yes. Ted jsem zkousel jeste livko posledniho ubuntu a tam to slape v pohode, akorat to dost hreje (nebo jen slape vetrak moc rychle), coz je ale vcelku znama vec...
Ohledne te rychlosti, mam problem se scrollovanim a trva to strasne dlouho a je to jako slide show, ale tedkom po tom restartu to jede normalne. V FF to je pak jeste lepsi, takze asi na tom ma svuj dil viny i chrom. Premyslim cim by to mohlo byt... Kazdopadne, pokud zkusim compiz, tak mi to vypise, ze mam jen SW acceleraci a pak prepne se do FailSave windoww managera a problem je ze nemuzu nic moc uz delat v gui, protoze okna prestanou reagovat. Po restartu gdm v TTY uz to pak pise jenom direct rendering no a to scrolovani v prohlizeci jde katastrofalne.

Ten LIBGL_ALWAYS_INDIRECT jsem uz nejakym zpusobem menil a to prave zaplo to glxinfo na yes ale jak kdy. Coz mohlo mit puvod v tom bugu s gnome-shelem.

Otazkou je jestli je tohle spravne, nebo ne.

jestli to NV je nvidia, tak to jsme uplne vedle, ta tu vubec neni, nicmene tu nejake drivery byly, mozna nejaky pozustatek.... a ten compiz je z toho taky nesvuj. Klicova je otazka, jestli vubec ta intelovska grafika si to da. Ale mela by, kdyz mi unity z 11.10 ficelo v pohode.

Jo to je moje vlastni vyroba To acpi force jsem nasel ze by melo resit i problem s uspanim, ktery mam taky a jako workaround mam ze neuspavam Pokud by to ale melo pomoct te acceleraci.... nekde jsme ale cetl, ze to zase zakaze nejake jine acpi moznosti a o ty bych nerad prisel. Chod na baterku cas od casu potrebuju a zrovna ted to chodi obstojne.
