Zdroj PPA (Application Review Board (ARB)) nejde odebrat

Ahoj,
nedaří se mi odebrat PPA zdroj (Application Review Board (ARB)): https://launchpad.net/~app-review-board/+archive/ppa/+packages z Kubuntu Precise Pangolin.
V žádném grafickém klikátku pro správu zdrojů ho nevidím. Dokonce jsem smazal i soubory v /etc/apt/sources.lisd.d, ale v Synaptiku ho vidím a mohu instalovat balíčky, které jsou v něm.
Netušíte, co by to mohlo být?

taky může bejt přímo v /etc/apt/sources.list nebo jsi ještě nezaktualizoval seznam dostupných balíků

sudo apt-get update

V /etc/apt/sources.list to určitě není a seznam jsem aktualizoval už 50x přes všechny možné aplikace.
Už jsem všechny (kromě výchozích zdrojů) odebral a zase přidal. Dokonce jsem zkusil tento zdroj přidat znovu, jestli se neobjeví 2x (neobjevil) a zkusil odebrat. Furt tam vysí.

I po tom co uklidíš ve /var/cache/apt? To už by bylo fakt divný.
