12.10 - nelze nainstalovat zavaděč

ahoj, mám problém s instalací ubuntu 12.10 z liveUsb na Asus, Po nabootování usbčka se proklikám instalací, ale během jejího průběhu na mě vyskočí okénko, že nelze umístit/nainstalovat zavaděč na zvolené místo. na výběr je x dalších umístění, ale nevím které zvolit... oddíly na disku budou asi dost pokažený a rozházený z předešlých "pokusů" o instalace jiných linuxů 

v liveUSB jsem v terminálu zadal sudo fdisk -l a vyjelo toto:
