Nenalezený interní mikrofon

Zdravím
 Mám dost specifický problém (nikde jsem nic podobného nenašel).
 Při každém spuštění ubuntu 12.10 na mém ASUSU G74SX systém "nenajde" interní mikrofon. V nastavení zvuku v kolonce vstup není prostě žádné zařízení.
 Teprve až do konektoru pro mikrofon něco připojím, (mikrofon, sluchátka reproduktor), notebook načte interní popř i externí mikrofon. Po odpojení už nezmizí.
 A já se ptám -> WTF?
