Neznamy subor

Pouzivam Lubuntu 14.04.1, nemam nainstalovane wine a vzdy po zapnuti PC
sa mi vytvori v domovskom adresari subor s nazvom C:\nppdf32Log\debuglog.txt
s obsahom "NPP_Initialize : called", vzdy po dalsom zapnuti PC pribudne na dalsom rioadku ten isty zapis.
Spustil som rkhunter, no neviem ci tam nieco "je", tu je vypis,
