Omlouvám se, jestli tímto fórum příliš spamuji, ale vzhledem k tomu, že se evidentně jedná o HW problém (zkoušel jsem počítat md5 i z Fedory a Ubuntu 6.06 - soubory sice byly staženy v Ubuntu 6.10, ale ukládám vše do domovského adresáře na zvláštní partišně - se stejným výsledkem), šoupnu sem výpis dmesg, kdyby to teda někoho zajímalo:

Jinak mohu říci, že systém nepadá vůbec a kromě těch součtů (zdá se) funguje vše uspokojivě. Procesor jsem nepřetaktovával, jiné změny než pořadí bootování v biosu (Award) nikdy nedělal. Jak se, prosím, pozná nedoléhající chladič?

Nemohu se sice vyhnout dojmu, že se jedná o logickou chybu, přičítat této vadě za následek pokaždé jiný součet, přesto by mě ale do jisté míry uklidnilo, kdyby někdo mohl potvrdit, že mu síťová karta téhož typu, jako mám já, podobný problém nečiní. Jedná se o TP-LINK TF-3239D.
Jinak v současné době je mým hlavním podezřelým kabel k disku. V nedávné době jsem totiž vyhazoval starý záložní hdb, z bývalého hda dělal záložní hdb a instaloval nový hda. Jelikož jsem to dělal poprvé, tak jsem v tom trochu plaval, oddílů, které jsem postupně zálohoval a kopíroval byla spousta, dd taky vždycky nefungovalo úplně bezchybně, takže jsem ten kabel k diskům připojoval a odpojoval fakt mockrát. Teď jsem jen tak na zkoušku zkusil prohodit koncovky u jednotlivých disků s nulovým výsledkem. Až koupím nový (jsa venkovánkem, nevím, kdy se k tomu dostanu), dám vědět, jak jsem dopadl.
