drkonqi: cannot connect to X server :0.0Vypisuje mi to, odkedy som naisntaloval FF (nanovo, nie upgrade). Neviem ako opravit tento problem, podla vypisu mi nic nenapada. Tento problem nastava len ako nieco spustam ako root, teda ak spustim len "kate" bez root. prav, tak ide vsetko v pohode. V com je chyba?

A Kate se předpokládám nezapne...
zkuste smazat rootovo nastavení kate...
bude se nacházet někde v /root/.kde/

spravne kate sa nezapne... Skusil som opat nainstalovat edgy, a je velmi zaujimave, ze aj tam je ta ista chyba. Pokusim sa tento problem este vyriesit tak, ze urcite data z /home zalohujem a nanovo preinstalujem system, pretoze doteraz som pri instalacii formatoval len /, /home som mal na inej particii a pravdepodobne nejake konfiguraky ostali... Dam este vediet...

takze - mam system uplne nanovo, a problme pretrvava. Hardware som nemenil uz niekolko mesiacov, takze chybnym hw by to teda nemalo byt. Zmazal som /root/.kde, ale nepomohlo.

wow, napolku to uz mam vyriesnene - staci zadat namiesto sudo kdesu, potom to ide... Ale aj tak by som chcel tento problem vyriesit...

teda, mam to vlastne cele vyriesene. Vysvetlenie/navod?: Najprv bolo treba zadat kdesu nieco, a az potom som mohol pisat klasicke sudo nieco. Neviem si to vysvetlit...

Použijte příkaz sux.
(sux - wrapper around su which will transfer your X credentials)
"Problém" je právě s X credentials - pro více info doporučuji v oblíbeném vyhledávači klíčové slovo .Xauthority
